How to load a template in Dreamweaver?

I have website template for Dreamweaver, but when I open anything in Dreamweaver File window.What am I supposed to click to open it? There are folders in the file that says: Flash, fonts, HTML and other files are psd.Then 9555.html others 9555.swf, and 3-b.jpg 9555 jpg. I used common site builders, but not Dreamweaver. I was going to learn that I am and I already the model that I thought would be easier, but I can not open ... please help. I guess it's a flash file.So my question is how can I edit a file flash? adobe flash?

If you want to use this model with a website builder. I found another day working with FrontPage and Dreamweaver. You'll have to break the pattern in peices and upload photos and save the model as a puzzle. Real Easy and fun. Departure vipersitebuilder.com
